THE POSITION

As a Director Strategic Sourcing here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving the procurement strategy and initiatives to achieve cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure supply chain continuity. You will lead a team of procurement professionals, collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, and establish strong supplier relationships.

You will report directly to our Sr. Director Strategic Sourcing and you’ll work out of our Tempe, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the financial performance of the business through the delivery of cost savings, working capital improvement, and supplier performance. You will be responsible for developing and executing annual and strategic procurement plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute annual and strategic procurement plans
Ensure alignment of procurement strategies with business objectives
Drive supplier negotiation and contract management
Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in the procurement team
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sourcing strategies
Improve sourcing processes and performance through effective management operating systems
Communicate and report transition progress to senior leadership.

YOU MUST HAVE

10 plus years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing procurement strategies.
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
Knowledge of sourcing processes and tools, such as SAP and e‑sourcing platforms.
International experience with exposure to high‑growth regions.
Cross‑functional experience in Digital Technology, Supply Chain and Finance

The Position

As a Director Strategic Sourcing here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving Honeywell's strategic initiatives and long‑term growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, conducting market research and analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.

You will report directly to our Sr. Director Strategic Sourcing and work out of our Tempe, AZ or one of our other Aero locations on a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans for supplier resiliency and drive long‑term growth with a best in class Resiliency program.
Conduct market analysis, trends, risk factors and analysis to identify and monitor potential risk areas such as operational, reputational, quality, human, or complex risk.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive resiliency within the supply base that will support proactive monitoring and mitigation plans.
Monitor and evaluate scenario planning for upcoming economic, tariff, weather type scenarios.
Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership.
Lead and manage the strategic planning processes for Supplier Resiliency.

Qualifications – You Must Have

Minimum of 6 years of experience in Supplier Resiliency, Sourcing, Digital Transformation, Procurement, business development, or related roles.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic plans.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

THE POSITION

The Vertical Sales Leader for our Data Center vertical will be responsible for fostering new business within this strategic vertical, leading a dedicated team of direct sellers and Demand Generation professionals. This role will also manage a Solution Architect and a Vertical Operations Specialist to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership: Lead the complex, cross-functional efforts required to implement vertical strategy, demand generation, focusing on optimizing the growth of the Data Center vertical.
Business Development: Spearhead new business initiatives both through direct sales via HBS and Partnerships through the channel. The Vertical Sales Leader will conceive, design, and prioritize elements of the solution based on a sound understanding of market trends, needs, and the competitive landscape.
Results Management: Lead the finance forecasting and reporting cycles in its entirety while managing the MOS, ensuring activity, pipeline, opportunities management, and order flow is tracking to target.
Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers to co-create innovative Honeywell solutions that address their critical needs and most important challenges. This engagement will focus on optimizing the customer journey and enhancing market reach and adoption rates.
Analysis and Innovation: Analyze customer behavior using data-driven insights to create compelling narratives that highlight how our solutions resolve their challenges. Champion specific customer journeys, owning the associated business portfolio.
