- A minimum of five (5) years' experience working in a senior role in server management of Windows 2003, 2008, 2012 Servers. - A minimum of two (2) years' experience working in senior role with Microsoft Identity Management Forefront Identity Manager (FIM). - A minimum of two (2) years' experience working in senior role with Microsoft IIS, Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Lync. - Expertise in Active Directory, Server Builds, Forest and Domain Policy implementations, DNS (AD Integrated and non-integrated) and PowerShell. - Experience with Active Directory Migration and consolidation projects. - Experience migrating users, computers and applications across Active Directory domains. AD Design & Implementation experience in inter-forest and intra-forest trust relationship maintenance (federation), documentation of architecture summaries. - Knowledge on AD Promotion/Decommission process and procedures, Group Policy, AD FSMO roles and seizing roles, User account Management, Back Up and restore management of AD objects and auditing. - Understanding of AD sites, Subnets, site links, Costs, Replication, Bridgehead servers, ISTG. - Good understanding on Certificate Services, DNS, DHCP, WINS, TCP/IP, Routing & Subnets. - Diagnose and resolve problems associated with Directory Replication service. - VMware and Hyper-V experience would be added advantage - Server monitoring and reporting tool experience. - Good understanding of Server Hardware and troubleshooting. - Must have good communication skills. - Good understanding of ITIL (Change Management, Service Management, Incident Management) - Knowledge of GAL Sync and Office 365 preferred.\nQualifications

Position Responsibilities

Cloud Operations & Engineering

Deploy, configure, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure resources across GCP.

Use Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Terraform preferred) and version control (GitLab) to manage cloud resource provisioning and change control.

Support cloud networking, security, IAM, VPC design, compute, storage, Kubernetes/GKE (as applicable).

Assist with cloud cost monitoring, performance tuning, and usage reporting.

On‑Prem Systems & Windows Administration

Support and maintain Windows Server (2019+), Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, Linux Servers (RHEL and Ubuntu) and integration with cloud identity platforms.

Perform server provisioning, patching, configuration, performance tuning, and incident resolution for physical and virtual environments.

Automation, Monitoring & Reliability

Create and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or equivalent languages.

Monitor systems using enterprise monitoring tools (Dynatrace, GCP Cloud Monitoring/Cloud Logging, Nagios/check_mk, etc.) and respond to alerts and incidents.

Participate in improving operational processes through automation, documentation, and standards refinement.

Operational Support & Service Management

Provide Tier‑2/3 support and collaborate closely with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, and DevOps teams to resolve escalated issues.

Participate in 24/7 on‑call rotation, production support, and scheduled maintenance windows.

Follow ITIL‑based processes, including incident, change, and problem management.

Project Support & Cross‑Team Collaboration

Contribute to cloud and infrastructure projects by providing technical input, hands‑on implementation, and relevant documentation.

Assist cloud and infrastructure leads with project execution and adoption of best practices.

Communicate project and task status clearly and promptly, maintaining accurate documentation for operational continuity.

Security, Compliance & Best Practices

Maintain system security through proper patching, configuration hardening, access control, and adherence to company standards.

Assist in compliance audits, business

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university in relevant field; or equivalent work experience.

5 or more years of professional 24x7 systems maintenance experience in a Linux/Unix/Windows Server data center and/or public cloud environment (GCP preferred).

Strong knowledge/understanding of ITIL support processes and methodologies, incident management, change control management, problem management.

Experience with Agile SDLC a plus.

Ability to actively participate both technically and functionally within all applications of service management: incident, problem, change, asset, CMDB and, IT Operations Management.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while balancing multiple priorities.

GCP Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect or equivalent AWS/Azure certifications.

Microsoft Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.

Linux: RHCE, LFCS, LPIC‑1 or equivalent preferred.

Cloud Administration Expertise: Proficient with cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure acceptable), including resource provisioning, IAM, VPC design, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Systems Administration (Hybrid Infrastructure): Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, Linux, virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper‑V, Nutanix), and integration between cloud identity and on‑prem resources.

Automation & Scripting: Skilled in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages to automate operational tasks and streamline workflows.

Monitoring & Incident Response: Hands‑on experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Nagios/check_mk, and the ability to troubleshoot complex system and application issues.

Infrastructure‑as‑Code: Ability to manage cloud and infrastructure deployments with Terraform or equivalent IaC tooling.

Collaboration & Cross‑Team Support: Comfortable working with Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security, and DevOps teams on multi‑disciplinary tasks and escalations.

Project Management and collaboration: Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA/Confluence, ManageEngine

AI: Comfortable using Generative AI tools (Copilot, Gemini, Claude, etc.)

The salary range for this position is $94,000 – $165,000.
