Account Executive, Multifamily Business Development
Location: Pennsylvania and Ohio | Industry: Telecommunications About the Role Are you a strategic closer with deep roots in the multifamily industry? As an Account Executive, Multifamily Business Development at Kinetic, you will drive our expansion by securing high-stakes fiber infrastructure agreements. You'll target property owners, developers, and REITs to build a robust pipeline of Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) opportunities. Your mission is to negotiate and close high-value contracts
including Bulk and Marketing Agreements, to establish Kinetic as the premier broadband provider in your territory. Key Responsibilities Pipeline Growth: Identify and close new business through outbound prospecting, social selling (LinkedIn), and networking within the multifamily ecosystem. Contract Negotiation: Manage the full sales cycle for Bulk Agreements, Exclusive Marketing Agreements (EMA), NEMA, and Access Agreements. Strategic Relationship Management: Act as a consultative partner to MDU owners, operators, and developers to position Kinetic fiber as a property value-add. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Legal, Construction, and Finance teams to ensure seamless contract execution and infrastructure deployment. CRM Discipline: Maintain precise forecasting and activity tracking within Salesforce. Industry Advocacy: Represent Kinetic at industry events (e.g., NAA, NMHC) and local apartment associations. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 3
5 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally within Telecommunications, Fiber or Multifamily Real Estate. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the MDU ecosystem, including property management priorities and developer workflows. Sales Acumen: Proven track record of winning market share through value-based selling in a competitive landscape. Technical Familiarity: Solid grasp of fiber-based telecommunications services and infrastructure. Travel: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned region.
