Sales Porter

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Porter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the friendly face assisting our guests with vehicle arrivals, departures, parking needs and lot maintenance. This position also may include the cleaning of vehicles and various other tasks around the dealership. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will ensure every customer feels welcomed and well taken care of as they explore our dealership. Duties: Safely move and park vehicles within parking areas, ensuring proper placement and organization Assist with vehicle deliveries, pickups, and test drives, maintaining clear communication with team members and guests Maintain a clean, organized lot by removing debris and ensuring vehicles are presentable for customers Provide friendly guest services by greeting visitors and answering basic questions about vehicle availability Operate manual transmission vehicles and driving equipment safely in compliance with dealership policies Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicle status or lot needs Qualifications &/or Experience: Previous experience in dealership environments or retail settings is preferred Proven driving skills, including experience operating manual transmission vehicles Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Familiarity with parking regulations and layout is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with delivery driver roles is beneficial Requirements: Driver's License Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Disability insurance Employee discount Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Paid training Vision insurance We are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
