Automotive Lot Porter
Capital Ford Charlotte is looking for an Automotive Lot Porter. We're a high-traffic dealership looking for someone who takes pride in keeping things organized and looking sharp. You'll play a big part in making sure our lot is customer-ready at all times, while working alongside a busy, supportive team. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive Pay Health Insurance PTO 401(K) Responsibilities: Ensure the proper organization and placement of vehicles on the dealership lot Collaborate with the sales and service teams to arrange vehicles based on make, model, and other relevant criteria Perform regular inspections for debris, litter, and other items that may impact the overall appearance Ensure that each vehicle is properly staged, including adjusting mirrors, seats, and other settings Work closely with the inventory management team to update records and reconcile discrepancies Collaborate with sales, service, and other departments to ensure efficient lot operations All other duties assigned Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an automotive dealership Detail-oriented with a strong sense of organization Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong communication and customer service skills Physical fitness for tasks such as walking, standing, and occasionally lifting objects Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass pre-employment background screenings WE ARE CAPITAL!
