We are currently seeking a full-time and PRN Physical Therapy Assistant who is committed to clinical excellence and eager to grow within a highly respected orthopaedic therapy team at our KOC West location. We offer competitive pay and an excellent benefits package, including: Low-cost, high quality medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with profit sharing Life insurance and long-term disability Generous paid time off (PTO) Employee discounts and more Key Responsibilities: Provide therapy treatments in accordance to established plan of care Provide physical therapy services under direct supervision of the Physical Therapist Conduct screenings and evaluations of patients Assist in the selection of physical therapy techniques and activities Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism Preferred Experience and Qualifications: Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Tennessee Strong orthopedic skills and familiarity with outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation protocols Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Dedication to providing exceptional patient care and service.
