We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious individual to join our construction team. This role involves building, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures on commercial properties.
Responsibilities Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans to determine specifications and materials required. Perform both rough and finish carpentry tasks Construct, install, and repair structural frameworks and commercial buildings using wood, metal, and other materials. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Collaborate with project managers, electricians, and other trades to ensure timely and accurate project completion. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Perform site preparation, layout, and framing. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waupun, WI. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
