Your Impact On our Salesforce Competency: You will be part of the Salesforce competency's growth story, contributing to our wins, successful implementations and relationships in the region You will be our Evangelist and will be closely working with Product Owners, Transformation stakeholders and provide Architecture Design, Business Process improvements, and change management You will be a valuable addition to our rich pool of Subject matter experts and will have the opportunity to get certified and specialize in key industry domains You will be able to cultivate reusable assets and accelerators from your project experience in Tech Mahindra which will be a valuable addition to our New Age Delivery tools repository. You will also be able to use similar differentiators available in our repository in your day-to-day implementation projects. As a candidate, if you have the below skills, then you can be a great addition to our team of 1500+ Salesforce consultants.
A techno-functional CRM practitioner with good understanding of business processes. Able to manage customer stakeholders and provide roadmap and technical advisory Have deep technical and Functional knowledge of Salesforce Industry Solutions and Salesforce Clouds. Industry Domain experience preferably Auto, Banking, or Insurance verticals. Capturing Salesforce best-practices knowledge from the on-ground teams and sharing reference architectures and patterns with technical teams. Help find new solutions to business problems and technical challenges Have the ability to quickly dive deep into business processes and uncover the same into technical implementable requirements in Salesforce Play a leading role in code reviews, guiding junior resources towards better designs and clean, standardized coding. 15+ Industry experience 10+ years of experience in Salesforce (Certification is preferred) Must have Hands on Design and implementation of one or more of the following: Salesforce sales cloud / Service cloud / Experience Cloud /Marketing Cloud / Field Service / Einstein /Mulesoft / Salesforce Industry Cloud solutions Have experience in agile framework and best-practices Have a very good command of Presentation and English communication skills
