Position Summary:

Remote Enterprise Intelligence Developer (EID)

Remote EID
you will play a crucial role in analyzing, specifying, and developing individual reports and data extracts across our organization. You will be responsible for validating model/foundation reports, identifying advanced reporting needs, and creating technical specifications and outputs using the appropriate business intelligence methodologies. Your work will contribute to maintaining a single source of truth for our data, supporting the ongoing development and maintenance of our enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence offerings.
Minimum Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Math, or Information Systems 1-5 years of Business Intelligence or comparable development experience, preferably in a healthcare-related field Strong communication skills Intermediate T-SQL development skills Critical thinking and an analytical mind Proficiency with SQL and relational database concepts Proficiency and demonstrated experience with report writing tools Familiarity with Epic applications and database structure (training provided) Ability to gain an in-depth understanding of data models through specialized classes Ability to determine data structures beneficial for the reporting environment (For financial reporting) Prior experience with an AR system is desirable, but not required Preferred Licenses/Registrations/Certifications:
Epic Certifications in Radar, Reporting Workbench Administration, Clarity Data Model for any of the following: EpicCare Ambulatory, ASAP, Anesthesia, Optime, EpicCare Inpatient, Willow, Stork, Resolute Hospital Billing, Resolute Professional Billing, Grand Central, ADT, Cadence Core Job Responsibilities:
Validate Foundation System reports and identify advanced analytics needs with report consumers Meet with Application Reporting Leads and requestors to understand their data needs Create design specifications for new reports Identify and validate appropriate technological solutions for various reporting needs Create new reports using third-party report writing tools (e.g., Crystal Reports) to display Clarity data Develop complex SQL queries against various data models Modify existing reports as necessary Distribute Clarity reports to consumers using Epic-Crystal integration Review peer reports for validity Test report builds in specified testing environments and conduct volume testing in live environments Review upgrade documentation related to Clarity features and released Crystal reporting content, and determine how to implement changes Design and maintain dimensional data warehouses and ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources Build extracts, SlicerDicer, and reports to query the Cogito Data Warehouse
