* Remove and dispose of outdated residential HVAC systems * Install, start up, and troubleshoot new HVAC equipment * Lead HVAC installations with the support of an assigned helper * Ensure installations meet local inspection codes and company standards * Communicate clearly with homeowners and deliver a professional experience * Work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards
Qualifications: HVAC Installer Requirements:
* 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience * Comfortable leading HVAC installs with a helper * Working knowledge of local HVAC inspection codes * EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain) * Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces * Strong communication and customer service skills * Must pass background check and drug screening * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
