About Let’s Do Something
Let’s Do Something is a next-generation nonprofit: youth-led, social-first, and execution-driven.
Our LDS on Campus program is building a national student movement focused on open dialogue, civil debate, and restoring a confident political center among young Americans.
Media sits at the core of this strategy. We turn real conversations on campus into digital content that reaches millions.
The Role
We are looking for an Executive Producer to build and lead the media engine behind LDS on Campus.
You will oversee the creation of high-impact, social-first video content that captures real conversations happening on campuses across America. This includes debates, street-style interviews, documentary storytelling, and experimental formats designed to travel across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and wants to build something culturally influential from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
Lead the creative vision and production of LDS on Campus media.
Develop new high-retention social video formats focused on debate and dialogue.
Oversee the entire production pipeline from concept to filming to editing and distribution.
Build and manage a distributed network of videographers, editors, and producers.
Travel to campuses to capture major moments and conversations.
Turn campus debates into high-performing digital content reaching millions of viewers.
Work closely with leadership to ensure content aligns with the broader cultural and strategic mission of LDS.
What We’re Looking For
Experience producing digital video, social-first content, or documentary-style media.
Strong instinct for what performs online and how to hold audience attention.
Experience managing creative teams and production workflows.
Comfort filming in dynamic environments like campuses, events, and public debates.
A builder mindset and willingness to experiment with new formats.
Bonus Experience
Experience producing viral or high-retention social content.
Background in news, debate formats, or documentary storytelling.
Experience working with Gen Z audiences or campus environments.
Why This Role Matters
The next cultural battles are happening online and on campus.
This role will help build a media platform that amplifies new voices, models real dialogue, and shapes how the next generation talks about Israel, democracy, and civic culture.
