Overview

Figure is an AI robotics company developing autonomous general-purpose humanoid robots. The goal of the company is to ship humanoid robots with human level intelligence. Its robots are engineered to perform a variety of tasks in the home and commercial markets. Figure is headquartered in San Jose, CA.

Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

We are looking for a Home Operations Associate for the Helix Fleet Ops team. The team is responsible for orchestrating Figure’s Home-use case massive collection operations (i.e., home data collection and deployment).

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of offsite deployments — i.e., all activities related to the successful deployment of humanoids and collection operations in residential environments (logistics, homeowner interface, etc.)
• Lead cross-functional planning and coordination across Engineering and Pilot teams to achieve the critical goals of Helix data collection and model development
• Design and track key data collection metrics, perform analyses, and develop tools, processes, and dashboards to improve performance
• Define and refine data collection methodologies to meet the evolving needs of the Helix model

Requirements

• 2-4 years in operations strategy, consulting, startup project management, or similar roles
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication skills especially using data
• Able to work well under pressure while managing competing, time-sensitive demands
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g., Sheets) and operational management tools
• Low ego, team player with can-do attitude

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robotics or AI data collection.
• A passion for helping scale the deployment of learning humanoid robots.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $90,000 - $120,000 annually. The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include additional components/benefits depending on the specific role. This information will be shared if an employment offer is extended.
