Automotive Service Advisor
We are currently searching for an Automotive Service Advisor for a high volume automotive shop to achieve positive sales results. Key job responsibilities include: They ensure customer satisfaction and retention through sales and top-notch customer service. -Two (2) years experience writing automotive service. -Superior ability to positively relate and communicate with customers, including outstanding telephone skills. Demonstrated history of improving facility sales while also retaining customers loyal to the shop. -Knowledge of point-of-sale software programs, and the mathematical skills to create billings, estimates and to control inventory levels. -Providing prompt and courteous top of the line customer service -Handling all types of store transactions for our company products and services -Maintain a clean and pleasant store environment An ideal candidate will possess: A superstar personality - outgoing - energetic What's in it for you?
