The Global Security Programs Director is responsible for operationalizing Fleet’s global security strategy across all data center campuses and corporate functions. This leader ensures that standardized playbooks, incident processes, and crisis response protocols are executed consistently and effectively across the enterprise. The role bridges strategy and execution, translating executive direction into measurable security outcomes.

Job Responsibilities The Director executes standardized security playbooks for incidents, crises, and high-risk operational scenarios across physical, cyber, and OT domains. The role ensures that incident response is disciplined, repeatable, and aligned with business continuity and customer commitments.

The Director leads cross-functional execution of security initiatives with clearly defined milestones, accountable owners, and measurable outcomes. This includes coordination with Operations, Construction, IT, Legal, HR, Communications, and executive leadership.

The Director owns the Incident Review process and formally leads Root and Recovery Reviews, including Correction of Errors processes. The role ensures systemic learning, remediation tracking, and executive-level reporting following security events or operational disruptions.

The Director maintains executive-ready dashboards and reporting artifacts that communicate risk posture, program status, and remediation progress across Fleet’s global footprint.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in security operations, critical infrastructure, or enterprise risk management.

Experience leading cross-functional programs in high-availability environments such as data centers, utilities, or cloud infrastructure.

Demonstrated expertise in crisis management, incident review governance, and structured root cause analysis.

Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Annual Compensation Range $150000–$180000 Base Salary + Discretionary Bonus

Travel Expectations 10-20%
