A Director on the Fan & Partner Research team will lead high-impact research initiatives and manage a team of researchers to deliver insights that shape business strategy. This **8-month contract opportunity** will drive methodological innovation, develop compelling storytelling, and connect fan insights to brand opportunities. It will collaborate with senior stakeholders across sales, brand management, and integrated marketing to ensure research supports commercial goals, strengthens client relationships, and contributes to organizational growth and thought leadership.**What This Person Will Bring*** 8+ years of experience in research, analytics, or consumer insights* Bachelor’s degree required* Expertise in advanced quantitative methods (e.g., MaxDiff, Conjoint, Segmentation)* Strong fluency in qualitative methodologies, including moderation, ethnography, and thematic coding* Proven ability to lead multi-phase, multi-market studies and vendor relationships* Highly proficient in Excel, SPSS, Tableau, and survey platforms (Qualtrics, Survey Monkey)* Strong track record of applying syndicated data tools (e.g., YouGov, MRI, Simmons) to frame brand opportunities* Capable of synthesizing insights and data into storytelling narratives for brands and execs* Excellent presenter, able to build and deliver persuasive, insight-rich decks* Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects, timelines, and team growth* Experience managing direct reports and cultivating high-performing teams* Drives innovation in research processes, tools, and partner-facing outputs* Strategic thinker with ability to drive impact across organization**What This Role Will Do*** Lead strategic research programs and design frameworks that support organizational priorities* Oversee multi-method studies and guide the delivery of strategic insights across teams* Develop and apply new research methodologies and measurement approaches to uncover actionable insights and trends* Oversee dashboard improvements and guide the team in building scalable, user-friendly tools for business needs* Manage team members and provide leadership across training, execution, and innovation* Present insights in high-profile client conversations, sales meetings, and strategic planning sessions* Support integration of research into partner-facing materials and business development* Lead research support for major pitches, renewals, and cross-functional initiatives* Help shape and champion the long-term research agenda and organizational insight priorities**EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY**We aspire to build teams that reflect and support the fans and artists we serve.
