Associate Director, Client Activation - People Inc Health Group The Health Group is looking for an experienced, client-facing project management lead to support advertiser-sponsored native and editorial programs for our pharmaceutical partners. You will be part of a three-person team supporting the largest advertiser revenue category at People Inc. You’ll manage several projects simultaneously while balancing timelines, deliverables, and client expectations, and you’ll confidently navigate obstacles and next steps with minimal oversight.
Assignment Details
35 hours a week
Start date: 4/6/2024
End date: Up to 5 months (exact end date TBD)
Hourly Rate: $55-70
Location: Hybrid - New York (3 days/week in office)
Assignment Responsibilities
Oversee project management for multifaceted custom content programs that could include print, digital, video, social and editorial elements
Guide programs from pre-sale consultation through post-sale activation, partnering closely with Sales, Content Strategy, and Account Strategy to ensure smooth handoffs and strong execution
Develop and maintain project deliverables, including scope of work, timelines, and creative guidelines
Ensure all projects are delivered on time and align with client expectations.
Lead internal and external client meetings and written communication, manage ongoing weekly status calls, and provide consistent, high-quality service and communication to both our internal partners and all People Inc. client partners.
Maintain comprehensive meeting notes and project status documents to ensure alignment across teams, with the ultimate goal of ensuring client satisfaction.
Contribute to end-of-campaign debriefs by sharing insights, learnings, and recommendations to continuously enhance future program delivery and team processes.
Skills/Experience
Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but relevant work experience and qualifications will be equally weighted
Minimum 6-8 years of activation, project management or production experience, working on multifaceted campaigns with successful history of project completion
Previous experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical media, with familiarity of content regulatory review processes, is strongly preferred
Superb written and business communication skills
Team player with strong interpersonal skills, collaborative instincts, and confidence engaging with client and agency stakeholders
Eye for detail, with a passion for project management and task completion
