Job Description

Asset Protection Specialist prevents financial loss caused by theft and fraud and supports safety and environmental compliance in assigned store(s). They use tools to minimize losses, identify incidents of theft and fraud, review CCTV and exception reports, monitor store physical security, audit Electronic Article Surveillance, and drive a shrink‑elimination culture.

Other responsibilities include:

Preparing accurate case reports documenting apprehensions and recoveries

Preserving evidence

Interacting with law enforcement and testifying in criminal and civil court actions

Reporting hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty

Performing duties with integrity, focusing on store‑specific business objectives, and supporting key operational concerns

Position: Asset Protection Specialist – $23.50 hourly
