You'll be the strategic liaison between business leaders and technical/data teams turning operational needs and strategic goals into powerful, data-driven solutions that actually move the needle. In short: you'll help us grow smarter. What You Bring to the Table You're not just experienced you're seasoned. Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field (Master's = bonus points) 10+ years of business analysis experience (credit union or financial institution preferred) Deep knowledge of lending processes, deposit products, compliance, and regulatory considerations Expert-level understanding of credit union operations, workflows, product lifecycles, and performance metrics Tableau or Power BI skills that make executives say "Wow" Sharp eye for detail + strategic mindset + proactive problem-solving superpowers Exceptional communicator who can talk data with analysts and strategy with leadership What You'll Actually Do (AKA Your Superpowers in Action) Member & Market Research Design lifecycle analyses, segmentation strategies, and relationship analytics to uncover hidden growth opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner across teams to design credit union-wide solutions that improve performance and drive sustainable growth. Compensation and Job Title is commensurate with experience and may fall under the following pay ranges: Senior Business Analyst- $120,000 to $130,000 annually Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
