Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field (Master's = bonus points) 10+ years of business analysis experience (credit union or financial institution preferred) Deep knowledge of lending processes, deposit products, compliance, and regulatory considerations Expert-level understanding of credit union operations, workflows, product lifecycles, and performance metrics Tableau or Power BI skills that make executives say "Wow" Sharp eye for detail + strategic mindset + proactive problem-solving superpowers Exceptional communicator who can talk data with analysts and strategy with leadership What You'll Actually Do (AKA Your Superpowers in Action) Member & Market Research Design lifecycle analyses, segmentation strategies, and relationship analytics to uncover hidden growth opportunities.
