Compensation:
$50k Base salary ,
Premium commission structure , and
Comprehensive benefits package . 3‑6 warm leads a day are provided.

Role As an Dental Sales Rep (Treatment Coordinator) in the Louisville, KY center, your responsibility is to remove barriers for potential patients and guide them toward treatment that will improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities
Influence patients to accept treatment by building trust and proactively following up.
Collect payments.
Maintain an organized CRM and manage queues.
Provide feedback to improve existing processes.
Attend weekly training meetings.
Work Monday‑Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, with potential additional hours to secure sales (no cap on commissions).
Qualifications
Proven track record in sales and meeting KPIs.
Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
B2C sales experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong computer skills.
Empathy and ability to connect with people on a personal level.
Day In The Life
Meet with 3‑6 warm leads to discuss cosmetic dental procedures.
Participate in sales meetings and daily sales huddles.
Connect and follow up with patients to understand their goals and motivations.
Present patient information to clinic doctors to determine diagnosis.
Assist patients in removing barriers to accepting treatment.
Assist patients in financing applications.
Hand off scheduling to the administrative team.
