Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Orlando, FL. The Account Executive will engage with clients to build and maintain strong relationships, identify business needs, and provide tailored solutions from Xerox’s portfolio of workplace technologies. Responsibilities include managing sales processes, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering insight-driven services and products. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying and closing new business opportunities, as well as collaborating with internal teams to support client success.
Qualifications
Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
Proficiency in sales processes, lead generation, and managing a sales pipeline to achieve performance targets.
Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored technology and service solutions.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience with workplace technology solutions, digital platforms, or managed services is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven ability to thrive in a target-driven and team-oriented work environment.
Willingness and ability to work on-site in Orlando, FL.
