This is a full-time, territory Sales Specialist for Williamson County. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for fostering customer relationships, providing outstanding customer service, guiding customers in selecting products, managing sales processes, and ensuring satisfaction with their purchases. Additional responsibilities include facilitating training sessions for clients on product use and benefits, as well as working collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed sales goals. Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and address customer needs effectively. Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and handling sales operations. Experience in delivering Training sessions to clients or team members on products, tools, or related systems. Ability to work collaboratively as part of an on-site team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of agricultural, construction, or outdoor power tools and equipment is a plus. Previous experience in retail or dealership environments is preferred.
