
Inside Sales Associate

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate based in Smithfield, RI. The responsibilities include contacting prospective clients, following up on leads, identifying customer needs, and assisting in generating and closing sales opportunities. Additional tasks involve maintaining and managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The Inside Sales Associate will work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to effectively connect with potential customers and secure new opportunities.
Proven ability in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build and nurture relationships with clients while delivering a positive experience.
Experience in Account Management to maintain organized client interactions and ensure successful follow-ups.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM systems and related sales software is a plus.
Prior experience in real estate or sales is an advantage but not required.
