Account Manager – East US / West US Region Work Location: East US (preference for New Jersey or New York); West US (preference for California) Reporting to: Director of Sales, Americas This role is responsible for building relationships with customers in the assigned territory, managing both direct accounts and distributors. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess a proven ability to develop business independently. Responsibilities

Assume responsibility for the sales targets within the designated region. Execute and achieve the assigned sales goals. Develop and implement sales strategies for the regional market, and manage the sales budget accordingly. Conduct day-to-day sales activities, including new business development and maintenance of existing clients through periodic visits and participation in trade exhibitions. Understand customer needs, assess client scale, and analyze purchasing habits. Identify and target new clients, establish connections, and convert leads into sales. Maintain relationships with existing clients, build rapport, stay informed about their new product developments, and identify market opportunities. Accurately convey information regarding key markets and customers. Communicate new opportunities in a timely manner. Relay updates on internal changes within client organizations. Manage customer credit and oversee payment collections. Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors. Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree with business concentration, food, pharma, or biochemistry is required. Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, in nutritional ingredients, food & beverage, or dietary supplement industries. Proven ability to achieve sales quotas. Proven ability to independently develop new clients and deepen relationships with existing accounts. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Strong negotiation, decision-making, and communication skills, coupled with a winning mentality and growth-oriented mindset. Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
