Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive – US IT Services Sales to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships within commercial enterprises and government organizations (Federal, State, and Local).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultative IT services sales, experience selling technology solutions and professional services, and a proven track record of closing deals within the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end sales of IT services and solutions to commercial enterprises and government clients.

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within Federal, State, Local, and Commercial sectors.

Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue and expand client relationships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, and technology leaders.

Lead the entire sales lifecycle, including prospecting, opportunity qualification, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure.

Collaborate with delivery teams, solution architects, and proposal teams to develop customized IT services solutions.

Manage and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, particularly within government procurement frameworks.

Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and activity tracking within CRM systems.

Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.

Stay informed about emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape in IT services.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in IT services sales or technology consulting sales within the U.S. market.

Proven success selling IT services, consulting, digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, or application development services.

Experience selling into U.S. Commercial enterprises and/or Government agencies (Federal, State, local).

Strong knowledge of government procurement processes, contracting vehicles, and RFP-based sales cycles.

Demonstrated ability to build pipeline, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
