This is a full-time, on‑site role based in Dallas, TX for a Regional Sales Manager / Director focusing on the Midwest U.S. region. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales revenue targets. You will also collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop sales strategies, provide product demonstrations, and oversee contract negotiations with potential clients. Additional responsibilities include market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and representing the company at industry events to expand market presence. Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, with a preference for experience in renewable energy, software, or technology solutions. Strong ability to manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and deliver exceptional customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking, market analysis, and planning skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales technology platforms to manage leads and track performance analytics. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work in a results‑driven environment. Capable of working independently in a regional capacity while coordinating effectively with cross‑functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred. Experience in renewable energy or familiarity with wind and solar energy industries is a strong advantage.
