VISUALHOUSE is an international creative agency focused on creating compelling brand stories for architecture, design, and the built environment. We are currently looking for a Creative Account Executive to join our growing creative team to produce exceptionally high-quality branding and marketing materials, working on both client and internal projects.

Your Role at VisualHouse This role is based in New York and works closely with the Head of Creative to lead client relationships, oversee project delivery, and guide internal teams. The Creative Account Executive will act as a trusted strategic partner to clients and an expert internal leader—owning accounts from kickoff through delivery while ensuring excellence at every stage. This individual will serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for all Creative clients, responsible for managing communication, capturing notes, preparing action plans, and maintaining clear, timely correspondence. Internally, they will be the central point of coordination for the Creative team—overseeing workflow, schedules, briefs, and deliverables to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. They will be the right hand to the Head of Creative, supporting in client comms and team execution.
What You’ll Own Client Leadership & Strategic Partnership
Act as the primary client contact across assigned accounts, building trusted, long‑term relationships
Capture notes, define next steps, and maintain clear, proactive communication
Serve as a strategic advisor — balancing client ambition with practical execution
Manage client feedback, scope changes, and priorities with confidence and diplomacy
Project & Workflow Leadership
Own projects end-to-end across branding, digital, and real estate marketing deliverables
Plan and manage daily, weekly, and start-to-finish project schedules
Write clear, thoughtful creative briefs that align vision, strategy, and execution
Organize files, documentation, and deliverables to ensure clarity and continuity
Ensure teams are fully briefed, properly resourced, and positioned to succeed
Performance, Utilization & Client Satisfaction
Track project performance against timelines, budgets, and scope
Monitor team utilization and resourcing to support efficiency and sustainability
Proactively identify risks and course‑correct before issues elevate
Help measure and maintain high levels of client satisfaction across accounts
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Set the standard for client management, communication, and delivery excellence
Support staff development through guidance, feedback, and collaborative leadership
Financial Oversight & New Business Support
Manage project budgets in collaboration with leadership / Head of Creative
Assist in scoping new work — aligning budget, team, and timeline from the outset
Contribute to proposals, pitches, and RFPs with strategic and operational insight
What You’ll Bring
3-6 years of experience in a creative agency, real estate, architecture, or design‑led environment
Proven experience leading complex projects and managing multiple client accounts
Highly organized, detail‑driven, and comfortable owning outcomes
Strong writing and communication skills with confidence navigating clients, teams, and stakeholders
Deep interest in design, branding, architecture, and real estate
Proficiency in Asana, Monday.com, or similar project management tools
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc)
Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud or Figma is a bonus
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus
Working knowledge of budgeting, spreadsheets, scopes of work, and contracts
Ability to balance big‑picture strategy with hands‑on execution
