
Health and Benefits Sales Professional – U.S. Market

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Sales Professional to join our Health and Benefits Sales team. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
Responsibilities
Execute sales goals by maintaining a large book of business of complex or high‑yield accounts through frequent sales presentations, calls, and meetings.
Apply market and internal service insights to sales cold calls to engage potential clients, generate interest, and schedule meetings or presentations.
Create sales proposals, presentations and RFP responses that creatively address complex prospect needs and communicate the business value of internal services and offerings.
Lead complex account processes from identification to closing; lead pricing negotiations, facilitate product and expectation discussions, and secure beneficial financial outcomes for the business.
Manage research efforts and analyses on relevant markets and industries to identify partnership opportunities, target new accounts, and expand existing accounts.
Interface with potential or existing account representatives and stakeholders to ensure service satisfaction and uphold promises and expectations.
Maintain professional account relationships, introduce and sell new products, facilitate deeper market penetration, and explore cross‑organization sales opportunities.
Be a member of professional, industry, or regional organizations; attend conferences and events to expand and maintain a large professional network and represent the company.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree.
Strong track record of achieving sales goals.
Minimum 5+ years selling employee benefits or health and benefits consulting services to companies with 1,000–5,000 employee lives.
Experience selling to companies in the 1,000–5,000 employee benefit space.
Expertise in employee benefits and health and benefits consulting industry products, including consultative broker‑style selling and managing complex sales cycles.
Strong network and ability to gain access to C‑suite executives within the U.S. market, aligned to specific geographic zones.
