Role Description This full-time hybrid role is based in MS, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the time. The Outside Sales Specialist will focus on cultivating relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and managing accounts within an assigned territory. Responsibilities will include making field visits to prospects and customers, providing product demonstrations and training, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring exceptional service. This role emphasizes both on-site presence and remote communication to build and maintain strong customer partnerships while identifying opportunities to increase sales revenue.
Qualifications
Field Service experience, including conducting visits and providing product support to clients.
Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
Proven ability in Sales and Account Management to drive growth and manage customer accounts effectively.
Experience in Training clients or team members on product features and usage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in time management and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
Familiarity with janitorial or cleaning supply products is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
