We are looking for a motivated
Sales Manager
to support the expansion of our energy storage business in the
DACH region . This role focuses on
developing installer and channel partnerships , expanding our market presence, and supporting the growth of our residential and small C&I energy storage solutions. The position is ideal for candidates who enjoy
customer interaction, field visits, and building long-term relationships
in the renewable energy industry. Key Responsibilities
Develop relationships with installers and distribution partners
across the DACH region through regular visits and communication. Actively visit installers, EPCs, and electrical contractors
to introduce the company’s products and identify business opportunities. Support the expansion of the
installer network
by onboarding new partners and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Provide
basic product introductions and technical explanations
of energy storage solutions to customers. Collect
market feedback, customer requirements, and competitive information
from the field and report insights to internal teams. Work closely with the
technical support, marketing, and product teams
to ensure smooth customer communication and project support. Represent the company at
trade shows, installer events, and technical workshops
to increase brand visibility. Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools and report regularly on market progress. Qualifications
Entry-level to 3 years of experience
in sales, technical sales, or business development. Background or strong interest in
renewable energy, energy storage, solar PV, electrical engineering, or related fields . Comfortable with
frequent travel and customer visits
within the DACH region. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn. Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams. Fluent in German and English . Valid driver’s license . Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with
solar installers, electrical contractors, or distributors Basic understanding of
PV inverters, batteries, or energy storage systems Existing contacts in the renewable energy industry are a plus but
