CRM Strategy - Assessment (BBBH1686476) Dallas, Texas Korn Ferry Interim has partnered with a midsized Financial Advisory and Accounting Firm seeking a senior CRM Strategy Consultant to lead a full CRM Assessment initiative focused on consolidating multiple CRM systems, improving sales & marketing and client facing processes.

Role Overview The CRM Strategy Consultant will evaluate the company’s current CRM landscape which includes Salesforce, Workday, HubSpot, Monday.com, and a proprietary system used by approximately 380+ users across five business units. The consultant will assess how sales, marketing, and advisory teams currently operate, identify inefficiencies, and recommend a consolidated CRM strategy supported by a scalable operating model. The role requires CRM agnostic expertise, strong understanding of sales and marketing processes, and the ability to influence senior leadership to align around a future state CRM vision and transformation roadmap.

Day to Day Responsibilities

Assess current CRM systems across all business units, review integrations and usage patterns, and analyze data quality, duplication issues and transparency challenges.

Interview sales, marketing, and client service teams to understand workflows and identify operational inefficiencies.

Evaluate business processes related to customer acquisition, relationship management, and marketing activities and document where processes break down or overlap.

Conduct an objective comparison of each CRM platform and deliver an unbiased evaluation of strengths, limitations, scalability and long term suitability.

Identify opportunities to consolidate the CRM environment into one or two systems while maintaining continuity across five service lines.

Design future state recommendations that align updated processes, data governance needs and technology requirements.

Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership, facilitate alignment discussions and support leaders in reaching consensus on a unified CRM strategy and roadmap.

Expected Deliverables

Produce a current state CRM assessment summarizing platform usage data challenges and integration points.

Create a consolidated CRM comparison outlining strengths and weaknesses of each system.

Develop a future state CRM strategy that includes recommended consolidation paths and process improvements.

Provide a detailed CRM transformation roadmap with timelines, milestones, governance structure and implementation considerations.

Deliver an executive level presentation summarizing findings and recommendations.

Facilitate working sessions to help leadership align on next steps.

Qualifications

Deep experience in CRM strategy, sales and marketing process optimization, and multisystem CRM consolidation.

CRM platform agnostic with experience evaluating or implementing platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Workday, or similar tools.

Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior leaders and guide cross functional teams through change.

Experience in professional services, financial services or relationship driven advisory businesses is preferred.
