ServiceNow SPM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced

ServiceNow SPM Consultant

to lead and deliver

Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)

implementations on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience implementing SPM modules and should hold an active

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – SPM certification . This requirement is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of

ServiceNow SPM modules

including

Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, and Financial Planning

Configure and maintain

portfolio structures, project workflows, governance frameworks, and reporting dashboards

Design and implement

project lifecycle management, demand intake processes, and portfolio planning

Configure

resource management, capacity planning, and financial tracking within SPM

Develop integrations using

REST/SOAP APIs

to connect ServiceNow with external tools and enterprise systems

Conduct

workshops with stakeholders

to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Create

technical design documentation, solution architecture, and implementation plans

Follow

ServiceNow best practices

and provide platform and architectural guidance

Support

Agile ceremonies

and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications (Mandatory)

Active

ServiceNow CIS – SPM certification (MANDATORY – no exceptions)

5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience

3+ years of hands‑on SPM / PPM implementation experience

Strong expertise in

Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Financial Planning

Experience with

project governance, portfolio planning, and reporting

Strong

client‑facing and communication skills
