8+ years of experience in Salescloud as an analyst
Strong experience in SalesCloud
Extremely strong communication
Ability to write user stories and work in an agile scrum model.
Previous experience working in IT teams liasoning with business and technical stakeholders
Provide the solution as per business requirement and work with development team for implementation.
Work with cross functional IT teams for all the dependency and In/Out bound services.
Experience in Opportunity management and Renewals is preferred.
Hands-on on tools like Jira and agile reports
