We are on the lookout for a strategic and results-driven Lead Product Owner for our Pharmacy Solutions. In this important position, you will leverage your clinical acumen and decision-making skills to improve our range of pharmacy products, oversee key product launches, and ensure the utmost safety for our customers and patients. Your insights will directly influence how we align customer feedback with our long-term platform strategy as we broaden our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the successful implementation of our eRX platform, ensuring smooth integration with over 400 clients and 1,600 providers over multiple years.
Apply your clinical expertise to thoroughly evaluate customer requests and market insights, ensuring our products evolve with current needs and capabilities.
Spot potential innovations within our product suite by predicting trends and regulatory changes while championing enhancements that prioritize customer and patient safety.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Configuration, to enhance product functionality, apply industry best practices, and overcome complex challenges.
Demonstrate strong leadership, mentoring diverse teams and empowering others to contribute valuable solutions and improvements.
Actively promote change, building consensus and securing support for critical initiatives among both internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, utilizing data and insights to gain endorsement for strategic product development initiatives.
Foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, continuous improvement, and ethical best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, product management, or a clinical field.
A minimum of 5 years experience in project management, product design, or a related area, preferably within clinical pharmacy or healthcare technology.
Proficient in managing complex projects independently; leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred.
Skilled at converting customer feedback and market trends into actionable product improvements.
Adept at promoting collaboration across organizations and strategically guiding product transition.
Background in optimizing product workflows, adhering to regulatory standards, and implementing best practices.
Exceptional communication abilities to effectively engage various stakeholders and secure backing for new initiatives.
Firm commitment to maintaining high ethical standards, integrity, and inclusive leadership.

Range and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is between $78,000 and $158,200 per year, in addition to potential bonuses and equity options. Oracle offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
