Senior Loan Closer

CRE Bridge Capital is an entrepreneurial, emerging private credit fund focused primarily on bridge lending. We are looking to add a team member who will assist in managing our loan closings and coordinating the legal aspects of our transactions. This role may be structured as either part-time or full-time, with an expectation of part-time in the office in Chicago. The position will be responsible for coordinating loan closings and assisting with legal documentation, including loan documents, foreclosures, forbearance agreements, organizational documents, subscription agreements, participation agreements, and related materials. Prior lending experience is not required. A background as a paralegal, law school graduate, or pre-law education is preferred. Experience at a title company, law firm, or within bank loan operations would be beneficial but is not required. Cultural fit is critical to us.
