A&N HR Solutions℠, Atlanta, GA, United States
The A&N Career Services Project is a workforce and career mobility initiative focused on expanding access to opportunity for individuals navigating career transitions and long-term advancement. Our work extends beyond cohort-based experiences to include employer engagement, professional convenings, ecosystem partnerships, and advancement pathways that reinforce sustained mobility. We operate with an emphasis on accountability, measurable outcomes, and coordinated support that connects preparation, exposure, and access. Through collaboration with employers, professionals, and community partners, we are building a professional ecosystem that strengthens workforce alignment while supporting individual growth. The A&N Career Services Project operates under a fiscally sponsored model through a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, ensuring governance, accountability, and charitable oversight.
About A&N Career Services Project A&N Career Services Project is a workforce and career-readiness initiative focused on expanding access to opportunity for individuals navigating career transitions, workforce re-entry, and professional growth. Our work centers people, dignity, and alignment between talent and real-world workforce needs. As a newly launched initiative, the Project is actively building the programs, partnerships, and systems that will support long-term impact. This is a formative stage, and volunteers play a critical role in shaping how the Project grows, who it reaches, and how people engage with the work from the very beginning.
About The Role The A&N Career Services Project is seeking a Recruiter & Engagement (Volunteer) Lead to design and lead the Project’s early‑stage volunteer recruitment and engagement efforts. This role is about more than filling roles – it’s about building community, opening doors, and connecting people to meaningful opportunities. You will help define how volunteers, mentors, and partners are identified, engaged, and invited into the work during the Project’s launch phase.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outreach, relationship‑building, and talent discovery, whether your background is in HR, recruiting, workforce development, career services, higher education, community engagement, corporate programs, people operations, or volunteer coordination. If you enjoy connecting people to purpose and creating pathways where none yet exist, this role offers real ownership, creativity, and visibility.
Volunteers based in Atlanta, GA and surrounding areas are strongly encouraged to apply, though this role is open to candidates nationwide.
Volunteer Engagement Format This is a virtual‑first volunteer role designed to offer flexibility while maintaining a strong connection and collaboration. Most recruitment, outreach, coordination, and communication will take place remotely using shared tools and virtual meetings. The Volunteer Recruiter & Engagement Lead will participate as part of a cohort‑based volunteer model, engaging alongside other volunteers and Project team members during a defined 16‑week period. Opportunities for optional in‑person engagement may be available based on location, partnerships, or events connected to the Project. These opportunities are intended to enhance relationship‑building and visibility, not to add required commitments. Volunteers will receive a structured onboarding experience, clear role expectations, and ongoing collaboration with Project leadership and fellow volunteers throughout the cohort.

Enjoy outreach, relationship‑building, and connecting people to opportunities
Are comfortable building systems and processes in a launch‑stage environment
Communicate clearly and follow through consistently
