We’re hiring Customer Service Specialist for a financial services firm in Greenville, SC.
The Compliance Specialist would help review, document, and respond to consumer and regulatory complaints. This assignment would last 3-6 months and pays $20/hr.
Duties
Log and respond to complaints
Apply compliance regs (FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA)
Investigate issues and recommend actions
Work with regulatory agencies and internal teams
Jump in on compliance projects as needed

Requirements
Previous administrative, customer service, or data entry experience required
High school diploma or equivalent
