This employment opportunity is with one of the largest independently owned and operated Orangetheory Fitness Franchise, OT Growth Partners.
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to share our story and success with everyone who walks through our doors. Responsibilities
Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
Presenting the brand and following a step‑by‑step process for all first‑time customers
Working at our front desk (answering phones, speaking with members, etc.)
Giving studio tours
Working hand‑in‑hand with trainers to guide introductions through their first Orangetheory workout
Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
Following up on prospective clients (texting and calling)
Handling members’ concerns in a professional, objective manner with the goal of resolution
Participating in marketing and outreach events
Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
All other duties as assigned
