Role Description
The Account Specialist will manage and support customer relationships by providing exceptional service and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, assisting the sales team with research and preparation related to new account prospecting, managing customer accounts and orders, assisting with financial transactions, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer relationships and experiences. The role also involves analyzing customer data to provide insightful recommendations and support decision-making. This is a full-time on-site position located in West Palm Beach, FL.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Account Management skills to effectively handle client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
Proficiency in Analytical and Finance-related skills to interpret data, manage transactions, and offer actionable insights.
Excellent Communication skills to build rapport with customers and work collaboratively within teams.
Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in similar roles or industries is a plus.
Proficiency with relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems and financial platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
