We are currently seeking a

dynamic Sales Director to lead commercial growth across the Caribbean region

Based in

Miami , the role involves extensive travel across the Caribbean and offers the opportunity to operate in an

where initiative, ownership, and commercial acumen are highly valued.

What You’ll Do

Drive

sales growth across the Caribbean region , working closely with distributors and key partners.

Identify and develop

new business opportunities and strategic market expansion initiatives .

Build strong relationships with distributors and stakeholders across multiple markets.

Execute commercial strategies that strengthen the company’s presence and performance in the region.

Contribute to shaping and improving

sales processes and go-to-market strategies

in a growing organization.

Who We’re Looking For

Sales professional with experience in

FMCG, food distribution, or consumer goods industries .

Mandatory exposure and commercial experience across the Caribbean region.

Bilingual: Spanish and English required .

International mindset and strong

cross-cultural communication skills .

Highly

autonomous, proactive, and execution-driven .

Comfortable operating in a

high-travel, fast-moving business environment .

This position offers the opportunity to play a

key role in expanding a growing business across multiple Caribbean markets , working closely with senior leadership.
