What You’ll Do
Own the Boise Market:
Identify, prospect, and close daily suite/building maintenance and post-construction cleaning contracts.
Strategic Hunting:
Use your own style to "hit the pavement," supported by regular strategy check-ins and world-class sales coaching.
Solution Selling:
You aren't just selling cleaning; you're selling operational peace of mind to office managers, building managers, landlords and business owners.
What You Bring
The Hunter Mentality:
You prefer being in the field over sitting behind a desk.
Coachability:
You have a "student of the game" mindset and are ready to sharpen your sales toolkit.
Experience:
Previous outside sales experience is preferred, but a documented history of "winning" in competitive environments is a must.
Self-Reliant:
You don't need a boss looking over your shoulder to hit your numbers.
Compensation & Growth
Base Salary:
$55,000 - $80,000 (Commensurate with experience).
Uncapped Commissions:
Includes
monthly residuals
for the life of the contract.
Earnings Potential (OTE):
$90k+ Year 1 | $120k+ Year 2 (Based on historical performance).
Benefits:
