
District Sales Manager

Christ Panos Foods is seeking a strong, hands-on District Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team within an assigned territory. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, gross profit, and accounts receivable performance while developing and supporting a high performing sales team.
Position Overview The District Sales Manager supervises Sales Representatives, executes the regional sales plan, and works directly with key customers to strengthen relationships and expand business. This position requires regular time in the field coaching reps, supporting major accounts, and identifying new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop Sales Representatives Oversee hiring, training, and performance management Conduct monthly sales meetings focused on product knowledge and sales strategy Achieve district sales and gross profit targets Monitor and manage accounts receivable performance Build and maintain strong relationships with major accounts Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts Address customer concerns quickly and professionally Track competitive activity and market trends Operate within approved budget guidelines Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Short- and Long-term Disability 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing Paid time off and holidays
Qualifications Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a District Sales manager role or minimum 10 years proven experience in an Outside Sales Representative role Broadline food distribution product knowledge is required Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the district
