Now Hiring – Enterprise Client Relationship Manager U.S. Legal Support is seeking a strategic, highly organized Enterprise Client Relationship Manager to support and strengthen partnerships with our most valued enterprise clients. This role focuses on client retention, relationship development, usage analysis, and service expansion across a national portfolio. This individual will manage ongoing engagement with key enterprise accounts, provide regular performance insights, and help identify opportunities to grow services across broader legal networks that support our clients.

Key Responsibilities Enterprise Relationship Management

Manage and build strong partnerships with approximately 15–20 key enterprise clients

Conduct regular monthly check-ins and maintain consistent communication cadence

Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions, service needs, and relationship development

Support long‑term retention strategies through proactive engagement and follow‑through

Performance Reporting & Trend Analysis

Prepare and deliver usage and performance reports using advanced Excel and PowerPoint

Analyze client activity trends to identify risks, growth opportunities, and service expansion potential

Provide clear insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership

Service Expansion & Market Growth

Partner with Sales and Operations teams to identify opportunities to expand services

Support initiatives to grow relationships across national law firm networks representing enterprise clients

Assist in coordinating implementation efforts and ensuring a consistent client experience

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Operations, and client service teams to support enterprise initiatives

Maintain accurate client data and reporting visibility within CRM systems

Effectively manage multiple priorities, projects, and client requests in a fast‑paced environment

Qualifications

Must have 5–7 years of experience in litigation support, legal services, or a related professional services environment

Proven success managing ongoing enterprise or strategic client relationships

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends and translate data into action

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Highly organized with strong time management and follow‑through

Confident communicator comfortable with proactive client outreach
