A Typical Day The Executive Vice President Mortgage Fulfillment is a key leadership role that manages multiple teams accountable for the overall performance and operations of the mortgage fulfillment function, ensuring the seamless and compliant execution of the loan fulfillment process. Key functions include monitoring workflows and queues to ensure service levels are met, developing process improvements or actively seeking methods to streamline business processes, and managing and setting goals for the teams. This role requires a strong operational focus combined with the ability to drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and optimize performance through data-driven decision-making.
The Executive VP Mortgage Fulfillment will:
Develop Business Support strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing and executing tactical plans aligned with business strategy
Establish Business Support operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change
Build and expand project and change management capabilities to support business strategy and deliver results to achieve strategic objectives
Enable and support quality standards by developing and maintaining job related procedures, aids, tools and resources.
Manage and direct Command Center, Production Support and Loan Delivery functions by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
7+ years of relevant work experience
Strategic & Tactical Planning, People Management, Management Reporting, Technical Understanding & Leadership, Requirements Gathering & Analysis, Technical Writing, Process Improvement, Project Management, Change Management, Managing Processes Performance, Developing Procedures/Job Aids/Tools, Dealing with Complexity, Problem Solving
Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred

Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
Salary $139,000 - $308,500
