Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Framingham, MA, for an Auto Damage Appraiser. The appraiser will be responsible for assessing and documenting vehicle damage, preparing detailed repair estimates, and communicating with customers, insurance companies, and repair teams. The position also involves ensuring timely and accurate claim reviews, verifying compliance with insurance policies, and maintaining accurate records of appraisals.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of auto damage assessment, repair techniques, and estimation tools
Familiarity with auto insurance claims processes, industry standards, and compliance requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions and detailed reporting
Proficiency in using software for generating appraisals and managing records
Attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with repair teams and independently in a fast-paced environment
A valid appraiser’s license and relevant certifications (preferred)
Experience in the auto repair or insurance industry is an advantage
