Your Role In this position, you will leverage your understanding of business processes and applications to identify, customize, and implement solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Customize and implement relevant applications and solutions for our clients. Analyze client needs and contribute to designing effective business processes. Translate business requirements into actionable specifications for both off-the-shelf and customized applications. Conduct testing, documentation, and training for client personnel on software applications. Assist others in navigating complex issues by leveraging existing solutions. Location and Compensation: This position is home-based in Illinois with a pay range of $60,900 - $101,500. For positions in Chicago, IL, the pay range is $63,800 - $106,400. In Ohio, compensation ranges from $55,100 - $91,900. A national pay range is set between $58,000 - $96,700, with geographic differentials reflecting local market rates.
