This is an opportunity to join a brokerage during its growth phase and build your business alongside a firm focused on professionalism, leadership, and long-term expansion throughout Florida.
Agents joining during this expansion phase will have the opportunity to work directly with brokerage leadership while helping establish the Prime 1 Realty sales division in the Tampa Bay market.
Prime 1 Realty operates alongside Prime 1 Property Management, which maintains relationships with residential communities and property owners across the Tampa Bay area. This creates long-term opportunities for agents working within those communities and markets.
Very few brokerages operate alongside an established property management company with built-in exposure to property owners. This network provides agents with additional market access and long-term business opportunities.
We are seeking licensed Florida real estate agents who are motivated, professional, and serious about building a real estate business.
This opportunity is ideal for agents who want to
grow their business with structure, support, and leadership
rather than simply hanging their license somewhere.

Agent Responsibilities Agents operate as independent contractors responsible for managing their own business activities and client relationships.
Responsibilities include:
Representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
Conducting listing presentations and buyer consultations
Negotiating contracts and managing transaction timelines
Maintaining professional communication with clients
Following Florida real estate regulations and MLS rules
Participating in brokerage training and meetings
Qualifications Required:
Professional communication and presentation skills
Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to manage client relationships and transactions independently
Preferred:
Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing
Familiarity with Tampa Bay communities and real estate markets
