Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Administrator based in New Orleans, LA. The Property Administrator will manage daily property operations, including coordinating tenant services, maintaining property compliance, and supporting property management efforts. Responsibilities include assisting with budgets, processing payments, maintaining records, and fostering partnerships with tenants to ensure satisfaction. The Property Administrator will also collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth property operations and high performance. Qualifications
Experience in Property Management and Real Estate operations Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with tenants and stakeholders Proven ability in Budgeting and financial management related to property operations Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred) Familiarity with local and state property regulations is an advantage
