You will be supported by Endeavor's mission to serve and enrich the lives of those we care for, alongside our award-winning clinical staff and their unprecedented same-day admission rate for qualifying patients. Account Executives and clinical staff work collaboratively to ensure patients' time is spent comfortably with their loved ones..

Endeavor Hospice is part of the EndeavorHome Care Group and is dedicated to serving a wide range of individuals within our community. We assist seniors in aging comfortably at home with the help of our award-winning caregivers at Endeavor Home Care. Additionally, Endeavor HCBS provides support for adults and children with developmental disabilities.

What You'll Do

Serve as the

primary ambassador

between Endeavor and community referral sources-including hospitals, rehabs, physicians offices, senior living communities, group homes, VA and others.

Build and nurture relationships

through personalized outreach, presentations, health fairs, and facility visits.

Educate

clinicians, social workers, case managers, community staff, patients, and families on hospice eligibility, philosophy, processes, and benefits.

Screen referrals , prioritize based on criteria, and facilitate seamless admissions alongside clinical and intake teams.

Track and report

on growth metrics, referral sources, and industry trends to leadership. Your professional insight will help develop your marketing strategy.

Collaborate

with Endeavor HomeCare and HCBS utilizing their services when needed to best serve our patients and community partners

What You Bring

2+ years in hospice, home health, homecare or healthcare sales

A strong referral network or ability to develop trusted connections in the East Valley

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and organizational abilities

Passionate commitment to hospice values: empathy, integrity, advocacy

Self motivation and dedication to your role

Competitive salary $65,000 - $90,000 plus performance‑based commission
