Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Manufacturing / Production Functional Consultant to support enterprise transformation initiatives involving migration from Microsoft Dynamics 365 to SAP S/4HANA.
This role focuses on providing functional expertise, leading solution design, and supporting data migration efforts.
The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure accurate data mapping, system understanding, and successful migration outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide functional leadership and subject matter expertise across Dynamics 365 Manufacturing and Production modules Analyze current system configurations and business processes to support migration to SAP S/4HANA Lead data migration design, including defining architecture and validating data extraction processes Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment on requirements and solutions Translate business processes and operational scenarios into technical and data requirements Design, review, and validate migration scripts and processes Document functional designs, solution architecture, and operational procedures Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and support decision-making processes Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness throughout the migration lifecycle Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manufacturing / Production modules 7+ years of experience in solution architecture and functional design Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations Proven experience in data migration and system integration projects Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications
Experience with multi-entity and multi-country implementations Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications such as MB-330 or MB-700 Experience supporting large-scale enterprise system migrations Certifications
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-330, MB-700) preferred
