Licensing & Mentorship Program We sponsor qualified candidates through the Connecticut Health Insurance licensing process.

After licensing, brokers enter a structured mentorship period where they receive:

Sales training

Product education

Enrollment process training

Compliance guidance

CRM and operational support

Our goal is to develop independent producers who can build sustainable books of business under the CHEC platform.

Role Overview This is a 1099 independent contractor position designed for self-driven professionals who want to build their own book of business.

As an Independent Health Insurance Broker, you will:

Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach

Conduct needs analysis to recommend appropriate health insurance solutions

Guide clients through enrollment processes and compliance requirements

Maintain ongoing relationships to support renewals and long-term retention

Develop your own pipeline and client base under the CHEC brand

This is a commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential and recurring renewal income.
